NEW CLASSES
As a complete martial arts training studio, we're excited to announce the addition of All-Levels MMA Classes to our weekly schedule. These classes are open to all skill levels and combine striking and grappling skills training. ABOUT ARA STUDIO AND FITNESS
In 2018, Spence Shaw and Jensen Burghardt founded Parallel 50 Training Centre in Campbell River, BC. Focusing on martial arts instruction, their mission is to empower and connect members of the community through improved health and character while also developing lasting social bonds.
With a new location and name that better reflects the studio’s mission and goals, Ara Studio and Fitness continues to provide superior martial arts instruction for all ages and abilities. Additionally, the studio offers fitness-focused classes that incorporate free weights, bands, and heavy bags. |
